SUPPORT LOW-and LOWER-MIDDLE INCOME COUNTRY ATTENDEE PARTICIPATION ($50) Please consider adding $50 to your registration to support our bursary for LLMIC scientists to present. You can do so by checking the box on the registration form when you apply. 100% of your contribution supports LLMIC scientists to attend CUGH 2025.
CME ($40) or CNE ($30) Selection and payment must be made during registration to collect CME or CNE units after the conference closes.
NETWORKING RECEPTION ($0) Meet and mingle with more than 1,500+ fellow attendees evening of February 21, 2025. Check the box on the Registration Form to attend.
MIC and LIC fees only apply to delegates/students that are citizens and CURRENTLY reside/live in a MIC or LIC. If you are temporarily based in the US the fee does not apply. You must enter your permanent LMIC mailing address.
Member Discount Rates
If you are faculty, student, trainee, or staff of a CUGH Institutional Member school or organization, please register at the Member rate. If you have joined CUGH as a single individual, please register an Individual Member.

If registered as an Individual Member, allow 7 - 10 days for CUGH verification of the status. Registrants in this category who do not have active membership status will be notified by CUGH Membership. Individual member status will be checked. If membership status is expired, the remaining fees will be charged at the registration desk.

U.S. Government personnel are eligible for the "Delegate (Member)" rate when registering with a ".gov" email address.
Registration Info
Student identification is required. Please present your valid student ID when collecting your registration documents onsite.
The Networking Reception will take place after the final session of February 21, 2025 and is included in the registration fee for attendees.

Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations must be sent in writing to Doris Steinbach at dsteinbach@cugh.org.
A full refund less a $75.00 administrative fee will be granted for cancellations of registrations on/before January 15, 2025. No refunds will be granted for cancellations received after January 15, 2025. It is possible to replace a cancelled participant with another person.
Payment of Registration Fees
Registration fees can be paid by credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express only) or wire transfer. Wire transfers should be made without charges to the beneficiary, payable to CUGH.

Registration
Individuals attending the CUGH 2025 Conference may be audiotaped, videotaped, or photographed during the course of the event, and by attending grant permission for their likenesses and the content of their comments, if any, to be broadcast, webcast, published, or otherwise reported or recorded.
By registering for the conference, individuals also opt in to receive updates and information about the event and other CUGH activities.
